POKOTABI / Sokosoko
そこそこ
Sokosoko serves chijimi and Korean-style kimchi hot pot alongside pork kimchi, kushikatsu and onigiri. Drop in for a light drink on your own or share a meal with friends.
01 / ABOUT THE PLACE
Sokosoko is well suited to a meal shared over a few Korean dishes, with chijimi at the centre. Diners have recommended both the chijimi and Korean-style kimchi hot pot. One account of a separate meal mentions ika-hwe, pork kimchi, beef skewers, upper-mino tripe and fried octopus, followed by onigiri to finish.
Other menu options include ham and tuna salad, pork kimchi, tamagoyaki and kushikatsu, as well as chijimi and Korean-style kimchi hot pot. You can build a meal by adding small plates: start with chijimi, then choose another dish to suit your taste.
One diner found the seasoning just right—not too spicy, but not too mild—and reported being able to order a half portion when dining alone. That makes the restaurant an option for a light evening bite as well as a meal of food and drinks with a group. Some diners also keep a bottle of shochu at the restaurant.
